Thank you for considering leasing one of our homes. Our goal is to make your moving experience from the application process to move-in as smooth as possible. Prior to completing the application and authorizing the application fee*, please contact us via phone or email to confirm that the home you are interested in is still available and let us know your plans. Our website shows all of our plans and locations but our available homes can change daily.
*Application fees are $35 per applicant and are non-refundable. All occupants 18 years or older are applicants and must complete application.
For us to review your application as quickly as possible there are a few items that are necessary that we will need to start that process. Please remember to send these by scanning and attaching to the online application, emailing files or faxing.
1. Provide a copy of your ID and documents on your source of income.
2. Please make sure you have completed all the requested information on the application and the information is correct. Once you submit the application, it cannot be edited. If you need to change the application once it is sent please contact us by email or phone.
3. All adults must complete an application.
4. Make sure you sign and send the AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION page. Your application cannot be processed with out this.
5. Applications can be completed online, or print the application and fax or email it.
