Our goal to our residents is to provide excellent customer service to you at all times.
In case of an emergency please call 911 first, then call us.
We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day. On weekends or after hours, if someone does not answer, please leave us a message and we will will get back to you.
For pressing matters we will call you back as soon as we can. For all other concerns, we will get back with you as soon as possible but it may be the next day. If you do not hear from us please call back because there is a good chance we did not receive your message.
Non Urgent matters
We will contact you back the same day and schedule a time to take care of your needs within 24 - 48 hours.

The community takes care of everything outside including snow removal to your door and trash service.

Can I have a pet?
A maximum of two pets are allowed subject to approval.
Each pet must be under 25 pounds at the full grown weight.
There is a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.
No large breed dogs
No aggressive breeds.
Pets may not be left outside alone at anytime.
Utilities and TV
Residents are responsible for all the utilities & TV used inside the home. We will give you the contact information for the providers of these services.
This service is provided at all our properties. At most of our homes, a green trash toter is provided. These toters must be kept in the garage of the home.
Dish satellite service
We are happy to accommodate the various providers of TV, telephone and internet service. Check with us before placing a dish on the property. There are areas where they are not allowed and if installed improperly will need to be removed at the resident’s expense.
All of our homes are in communities that have particular rules that apply to the entire community. Please see link below. We will also give this information to you upon move in. Also, we are happy to answer any questions regarding the rules for the community. The intent of the rules is to maintain the cleanliness, aesthetics and the great atmosphere that are unique to each community.
At the Glen at Sand Creek, residents are required to park their vehicles in their garage. All exterior parking is for guests. The garages will fit vehicles up to 19 feet long.
What is the length of the leases?
Our typical lease is one year.
What is your Military Clause for your leases?
For active military, a lease can be ended by giving us a copy of the “orders” that require you to move outside of El Paso County and by also giving us a “30 Day Notice to Move” on our form.
